Client: Financing agency UNCDF	Paklay – Kenthao Road Rehabilitation Project, Sayaboury Province. June 1998 to April 2001 Project’s requirements comprise the topographic survey, geo-tech investigation, hydrologic study, detailed engineering design, preparation of bill of quantity, tender documents, and construction supervision. Our services provided includes topographical survey and mapping using GPS, Total Stations and Software "Softdesk – Civil/Survey"; geo-technical investigation and soil testing and analysis; hydrologic study on peak surface runoff for drainage discharge along the road alignment; detailed engineering design of the road using software "Softdesk – Civil/Survey" and of the drainage structures (Concrete bridge of length 34 m) using AutoCAD 14; preparation of bill of quantity and engineering cost estimate; preparation of tender documents; and construction supervision.
Client: Financing agency Lao-Luxembourg Agency, Bolikhamxay Province.	Rural Gravel Road Construction Project, Bolikhamxay Province. April 2001 to July 2003 Project’s requirements comprise the detailed topographical survey, engineering design, provision of tender documents, construction supervision, and training. Our services included the topographical survey, soil tests, hydrologic study, detailed engineering design of two roads Phonyeng-Phonsong 8 Km and from Thasi-Xiengleu 30 Km with cross drainage culverts, preparation of tender documents and assisting in evaluation of contractors, and construction supervision during construction period and defect liability period.
Client: Financing agency U.S.A Embassy	Road Construction Project from Ban Donmoune to Ban Houay Ngeun, Khob District, Sayaboury Province. December 2003 to July 2004 Project’s requirements comprise the detailed investigation, engineering design, provision of tender documents, and construction supervision. Our services included the topographic survey, geologic investigation, engineering design provision of tender documents, and construction supervision.
Client: Financing agency U.S.A Embassy	Rural Road Construction Project in Samphanh District, Phongsaly Province. December 2003 to December 2005 Project’s requirements comprise the detailed investigation, engineering design, provision of tender documents, and construction supervision. Our services included the road survey, detailed design, and construction supervision throughout the defect liability period 12 months after the construction finished for the rural road in Samphanh district, Phongsaly province.
Client: Financing agency PRODESSA (AFD)	Rural Development of 4 Southern Districts Project, Sayaboury Province. January 2004 to January 2005 Project’s requirements comprise the detailed topographical survey and engineering design, preparation of tender documents, bid evaluation, report, and construction supervision. Our services included road survey, detailed design, and construction supervision, continuously until the maintenance period expired.
Client: Financing agency Lao National Commission for Drug Control & Supervision (LCDC) And United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Lao PDR.	Program Facility Unit, Phongsaly Province. March 2004 to April 2006 Project’s requirements comprise the detailed investigation, engineering design for rural road, preparation of tender documents, bid evaluation, report, and construction supervision. Our services included the detailed topographical survey and detailed design, provision of tender documents, and construction supervision.
Client: Financing agency International Development Association (IDA).	Topographic Survey and Soil Investigation (in 11 different locations from Vientiane to Champasak). May 2004 to June 2004 Project’s requirements comprise the topographic and soil investigation. Our services included the topographic survey, provision of mapping as required scale, and soil investigation.
Client: Financing agency Ministry of Communication Transport Post and Construction (MCTPC).	Road Maintenance Program-Phase 2 (RMP-2). May 2004 to June 2004 Project’s requirements comprise work in the road Heavy Traffic Management (HTM) Our services included the review/summarize the previous studies, propose an update strategy, preparation component description, cost estimation, cost benefit analysis, implementation arrangements/plan and monitoring indicators and work carried out in the road Heavy Traffic Management (HTM).
Client: Financing agency Ministry of Communication Transport Post and Construction (MCTPC).	Road Maintenance System Project, 17 Provinces and 1 Special Zone. February 2005 to April 2005 The project’s requirements comprise the statistic survey for road and bridge’s conditions, socio-economic, accident condition, traffic count and axles load. Our services included the survey data collection for roads and bridges’ conditions on the national road and Old Provincial Road, and survey data collection for New Road Alignment by using GPS, roads and bridges’ histories, roads and bridges’ conditions, socio-economic, accident condition, traffic count and axles load on the New Provincial Proposed Road. Data entry into the Road Management System (RMS-2005) and report to MCTPC.
Client: Financing agency Agence Francaise de Development (AFD).	Programme de Capitalization en Appui a la Politique de Developpement Rural Point d’Application du Sud Sayabouri., (PCADR-PASS). 09 September 2005 to 31 July 2006 The project aim is to develop the 4 southern districts namely Kenthao, Botene, Paklai and Thongmixay especially the upgrading of the villager living condition in the region. Comprises the detailed investigation, engineering survey/design for the rural road, preparation of tender documents, bid evaluation, report, and construction supervision.
Client: Committee for planning and Investment. Poverty Reduction Fund (PRF)	TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT 2006; (Provinces: Huoaphan, Xiengkhuoang, Savannakhet, Saravane and champasak). 15 September 2005 to 30 November 2006 The objectives of the PRF The three main objectives of the PRF are to: · Assist the villagers to develop community infrastructure and gain improved access to services and income generation; · Build capacity and empower poor villagers in poor districts to plan, manage and implement their own public investment in a decentralized and transparent manner; and · Strengthen local institutions to support participatory decision-making and conflict resolution processes at the village, khet, and district levels, involving a broad range of villagers, including women, the poor and ethnic minorities. The Services is Comprised of Technical Assessment: (i) Assess the quality of the civil works, the manner and the management of their implementation, and the value of community participation in its implementation. (ii) Review the environmental impact of the sub-project; inspect the maintenance activities and issues; and provide recommendations for the program improvement in the future.
Client: GAMUDA, (Malaysia).	Nam Theun 1 Hydroelectric Power Project, Bolikhamxay Province. 10 September 2006 to 03 December 2007 The project aim is to topographical Survey, Design and construct of the Asphalt access road 6.0 m width to dam site for 8.8 km long. Comprises the detailed investigation, engineering survey/design for the access road to dam site, preparation of tender documents, bid evaluation, report, and construction supervision. 01 February 2009 to 30 April 2007 Survey and Design of the Base Camp for whole project. Comprises the detailed investigation, engineering survey/design for Soil Survey, Buildings Design (Site office 100 staffs; quarter for single and double rooms, Canteen, Club house First Aid House…), preparation of tender documents, bid evaluation, report.
Client: THEUN-HINBOUN POWER COMPANY LIMITED. (THPC). [Social & Environmental Division (SED)]	*Resettlement Road from Nong Kok to Nong Xong, (18Km). Khamkeuth District, Borikhamxay Province.* 16 January 2008 to 29 February 2008 The project aim is to do the detailed investigation, engineering survey/design for the gravelling road of 7 m wide, 18 km long. The Services of works comprises the detailed investigation, engineering survey/design for the gravelling road of 7 m wide, 18 km long. preparation of tender documents, bid evaluation, report: · Field survey work with regard to the road alignment, culvert locations, drainage and surface water runoff and identification of problem areas. · Soil investigations. · Hydrological investigations. · Applying national standards. · Bills of Quantities. · Establishment of a quality and quantity control test standards and procedures to be used during the construction phase. The design for the road includes any stream and crossing structures.
Client: Thai Airports Ground Services Limited (TAGS), (Thailand).	Road Construction Project, in Resettlement Village of SAVAN-SENO Special Economic Zone. 11 November 2007 to 29 December 2007 The details work consisted of Two mains activities. 1. Land use survey, road alignment and details surveying works, 2. Details cost estimations. The following details task assigned. - Round trip two lens road survey, including middle concrete curve, - Design for Asphaltic pavement, - Design for both side pedestrians with concrete, width 2m, - Design for drainages, - Design for lighting system, - Design for traffic sign board.
